TapIn Business is a SaaS E-Commerce APP that helps local small businesses to promote and their store & products online. Vendors can easily customize their storefront, launch group buying campaign (PINTA!) with flexible deadlines, and subscribe services & promotion packages. TapIn Driver is an internal management tool for warehouse workers and drivers to assign/receive tasks, contact vendors/customers, route planing, get paid, etc.

- Identifying Problems

Small Business owners are more easily affected by COVID-19 compare with other bigger businesses, here are their major pain points:

• Limited Delivery Capability/Cost

Most small businesses only deliver within the same cities due to the high cost and inefficient route planning. The limited delivery option is one of the main reasons why customers end up with not buying the product.

• Limited Online Exposure/Customers

Small businesses rely on their existing customers a lot, they have no idea of how to increase their online exposure and paying customer other than Instagram promotion.

• Costly E-Commerce Website

Openning a E-commerce website could be really costly for small vendors, and there are few small business focused platforms available for them.

Enable small businesses to be competitive through lower and shared delivery fee with other vendors in the same box. Also, delivery to all cities within Great Vancouver area.

• E-Commerce SaaS Management Tool

Vendors can start their online store for free. With different types of subscriptions and promotions, they can boost their businesses and manage their stores & products easily on their smart phones.

• Boost for Sales and Exposure

Boost sales by strategically recommending products at other stores, banners, and marketing promotions.

Feature Highlights

- APP Onboarding (Vendor)

Once users login via phone number, they will be asked to input basic store & owner information in order to make the online shop works. The Hand-over Settiing is something really important to logistics and delivery. In front-end, we use common language and questionnaire formate to let users input easily (try to reduce confusion as well). Of course, users can skip those setups but they cannot actually make their store running without those settings. The 3-Step Introduction can quickly help them understand the main features of the APP.

- Product List & Campaign/Inventory Management (Vendor)

This powerful product listing/sorting/filtering would be really helpful for vendors to find the listed product they want within hundred items. Also, they can easily activate/disable, share, add/reduce inventory their products. Beside, under the PINTA! tag (group buying campaign), they can monitor & edit on-going campaigns and track if the campaign is successful or failed.

- Subscription (Vendor)

Starting from the pay as you go plan for vendors, they get to enjoy some free online E-Commerce services like open store, sell products, etc. However, there are always better plans available for them if they want additional promotions, boost, or free pickup/delivery service.

- Book Pickup & Delay Orders (Vendor)

Vendors could book a pick up or delay orders automatically via vendor APP. "Pickup" and "Delay" button is located on the bottom of each day's order listing.
